Internships

Emmanuel loves to help people grow in their faith and one way to achieve this is to apply for our year-long intern programme - we call this Impact Training

The Impact programme follows the academic year, beginning in September and ending in July and is built around three areas: character, knowledge and skills. It is run by our Catalyst network of churches.

Character

The intern year offers a brilliant programme of serving in real ways within your local church, having regular training, line management and discipleship.  All interns are coached to study, reflect, act and grow in ways that will deepen character.

Knowledge

Impact includes 6 blocks of residential theological training totalling 26 days. This training is set within a clear biblical narrative theology and is delivered by excellent teachers and theologians. This takes place in Cambridge and all associated costs of training, accommodation and food are covered within the programme cost.

Skills

The Impact year is designed to skill-up every participant. The combination of local serving, thorough theological study and on-the-job training will certainly develop every one of our interns.

One of our previous Impact interns, Harry, has written a blog about his experience. Read it here.
