Leadership & Staff
Emmanuel is served by a large group of volunteers and a small staff team. We would like to introduce you here to a few of our leaders and staff, but emphasise that Emmanuel is led and cared for by a much larger group.

Matt Partridge
Elder & Trustee (Staff)
Matt leads the Core Team and Eldership Team. He also serves the wider Catalyst family and supports a number of their churches both in the UK and overseas.
Maddy Ellison
Maddy leads worship at Emmanuel
Robert Grayson
Elder
Robert is an elder and is often found in the church office on a Friday. He is part of Emmanuel’s pastoral and preaching teams.
Sue Brockes-Smith
Deacon
Sue oversees all of our ‘Serving our Communities’ ministries.
David Layen
Elder (Staff)
David is an elder and oversees our staff team. He is also part of Emmanuel’s pastoral and preaching teams.

Lauren Enright
Families
Lauren is our Families Lead and is responsible for overseeing our JellyTots toddler group as well as supporting parents and families.
Jenny Smith
Administration
Jenny is responsible for the majority of Emmanuel’s administration, as well as handling many of the communications.
Isabel Hosier
Worship and Students
Isabel is doing an internship year, serving our Students and Young Adults and our Worship ministry.
