Kids
Emmanuel Kids are on an adventure, exploring who God is and how knowing Him changes everything!
On Sunday mornings our children join in for the first two songs in the main meeting before heading out to one of four groups. The groups are designed to help our kids explore who God is and to create meaningful friendships with one another too.
Explorers
For our 1-2 year-olds during the Sunday service we have a fun play session with activities including singing, craft and story time.
We also have a separate fully equipped creche space for our under 1s.
Seekers
Seekers is our group for 2-4 year-olds. Our aim is to create moments for each child to encounter God and hear of His love for themselves, as well as to form friendships with others their own age. Each session has elements of play, prayer, worship and storytelling.
Adventurers
Children in Reception up to Year 2 are welcome in Adventurers. We gather together to play, worship, pray and learn about God through story and craft. We want to create a space where children can encounter God and begin to explore what it looks like for them to have a faith of their own as well as continue to establish friendships with one another.
Voyagers
Our Voyagers group is for Year 3s to Year 6s. We love to have fun together, to play games, worship, pray and create space to encounter God. Through stories, Bible studies and craft we explore what a deepening relationship with God looks like and what it means to be part of a church family.
Midweek
Jellytots
Jellytots is a stay and play group for parents and preschool children. We have story time, songs and snacks, as well as hot drinks and cake for adults. We meet every Friday (during term time) from 10-11:30am at St James Hall, Beauchamp Lane, OX4 3LF.
BIBS
BIBS stands for ‘Baby Interrupted Bible Study’ and is a group for parents with 0 - 1(ish) aged children. Join us as we share ups and downs, support and encourage each other on this journey of loving our families. Email us for more information.
