The Air We Breathe - Book Review

Glen Scrivener’s excellent new book argues that all of the key values which make up the modern Western worldview actually have their foundation in Christianity.  Glen’s well-researched, very readable book covers seven crucial components of the prevailing worldview; equality, compassion, consent, enlightenment, science, freedom and progress.  This book both enriches the Christian reader and challenges those who would not consider themselves followers of Christ.  Moreover, the book equips us for what might be a whole new approach to evangelism…if Jesus is the true source of the “air” that we all breathe, can we point people to the one who is really behind everything they already believe?
